Capri is a bright, pearly Blue. She'll become your best friend on your holidays and will add that pop of colour to your favourite look

The highly pigmented, smooth formula allows you to use this shadow wet or dry. Simply add water, setting spray or your favourite mixing medium to transform into eyeliner to create defined lines. 

PRO TIP: Don't apply mixing medium directly onto the shadow as after drying, can create a hard 'seal'.

Instead, spritz an angled or eyeliner brush and mix until you have achieved the desired 'paste like' consistency.
